Banquet hall

The banquet hall is part of the café on the AUTOHUB car centre grounds. It is a separate room for your celebration: your guests are not disturbed by the main dining area, and the café kitchen times every dish to your schedule.

Seating, table setting and the running order of the evening are agreed in advance — to suit the occasion, the number of guests and the banquet menu you choose.

Booking, prepayment and cancellation

A request from the website holds the date for 3 days: our manager will call you within that time to agree the details, and the date will not go to anyone else.

The booking is confirmed with a prepayment of 30% of the estimate total, no later than 7 days before the event.

The banquet contract is signed with Uzinelor Pub SRL; if the event is cancelled, the prepayment refund follows the contract.

A banquet is more than a room: it is the hall for the duration of your event, dishes from the menu you choose and the team serving them. We agree the details with you when you book, well before the day.

Events we host

The hall works for family and business occasions alike — from a birthday to a dinner with partners.

Birthday
A private room instead of a busy dining area — to talk, raise a toast and enjoy the evening with your own people. Pick one of the banquet menus; the cake and decorations can be discussed with our manager.
Corporate party
A team celebration, a year-end get-together or a dinner with partners. We will match a banquet menu to your per-guest budget, and after dinner you can move on to the café’s game zone for billiards and consoles.
Weddings and intimate events
A small wedding, an engagement, an anniversary or a family dinner for your closest people — without a huge restaurant. Format, seating and menu are agreed in advance.
Kids’ party
A child’s birthday in a café with PlayStation 5 and Xbox 360. The menu and the format of the party are agreed with the parents in advance.

How many guests does the hall hold?

Capacity depends on the format — a seated banquet or a standing reception. Tell us the number of guests in your request or by phone and we will suggest the best layout.

How do I book the hall?

Can I choose or change the banquet menu?

Choose one of the set banquet menus — each lists its dishes, portion sizes and price per guest. If you would like to swap something, tell our manager and we will let you know what is possible.

What does the banquet menu price include?

The price is per guest and covers the dishes listed in the menu. Some menus have a minimum number of guests, shown next to the price. Our manager confirms the final total when you book.

Is the hall suitable for a kids’ party?

Yes, kids’ parties are one of our formats. We agree the menu and format with the parents in advance, and the café has a game zone with consoles.

Can I combine a banquet with billiards or consoles?

Yes, the café has billiards, PlayStation 5 and Xbox 360. Mention it in the comment to your request and we will book the zone for the right time together with the hall.
