Every car in the catalogue goes through our own service centre before it reaches the sales floor. That is not a formality: we sell what we then answer for to the customer who comes back to us for servicing.

VIN check — history, mileage, accident record and any restrictions;
diagnostics on our own lift: engine, gearbox, suspension, electronics;
pre-sale preparation in the detailing centre — washing, deep cleaning, polishing;
an honest listing: if the car has a flaw, we mention it before the deal.

Instalments, trade-in and paperwork

You can buy in instalments, put your current car towards the price as a trade-in, or combine both and pay only the difference. We value your car free of charge before the deal. Registration and deregistration are handled by us — all we need are your documents. If the numbers do not add up, we say so straight away instead of dragging things out.

If the car you want is not in stock

The catalogue shows what is on our lot right now, but the choice is not limited to that: we bring cars to order from auctions in the USA, Europe and Asia. Tell us the model, budget and the options you want — we find candidates, show the report for each and quote the total including shipping and customs. You can work out the customs payments in advance with our calculator.

Frequently asked questions about buying a car

Can I inspect the car before buying?

Yes, and we encourage it. You can look the car over on our lift, bring your own mechanic, or order a VIN check — we show the history and mileage before the deal.

Do you offer instalments and on what terms?

Yes. The terms depend on the price of the car and the down payment — we calculate them on request and show the payment schedule before the contract is signed.

Will you take my car in part exchange?

Yes, that is trade-in: we value your car for free, its price counts towards the purchase and you pay the difference. We take cars in any condition, including non-running ones.

Do you help with paperwork and registration?

Yes, we handle the paperwork. All we need from you is an ID and the documents for the car you are trading in, if any.

What if the right car is not in the catalogue?

We will bring it to order from auctions in the USA, Europe or Asia. Give us the model and budget — we will find options with reports and quote the final amount including shipping and customs.
