AUTOHUB SHOP product return terms
Return period
You can return the product within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order.
General return conditions
Returns are possible if:
- the product has not been used;
- original packaging, seals, and completeness are intact;
- there is a receipt, invoice, or other document confirming the purchase of the product from AUTOHUB SHOP.
Non-returnable products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- auto chemicals that have been opened, unsealed, or used;
- product with damaged original packaging;
- product showing signs of use or damage caused by the buyer.
Return of defective products
If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at our expense or refund your money. To do this, contact a manager and, if necessary, provide photos or videos of the product and its packaging.
Return procedure
To initiate a return:
- contact our manager by phone or via messengers;
- agree on the return method: bring the product to a point/warehouse or hand it to a courier (conditions are discussed with the manager).
Refund
Refunds are made, whenever possible, using the same method as the original payment, within up to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
