We answer the questions
What is the advantage of buying a vehicle at an auction?
The purchase of machinery at auction is a well-established mechanism for dealers engaged in the purchase of automotive equipment. The auction system is designed to maximize the simplification and acceleration of the purchase process, as well as the paperwork for the purchased equipment. The entire process of buying a car at auction is regulated in detail and is subject to certain rules.
The auction verifies the condition of the equipment being sold and is responsible in the event of serious inconsistency with the declared condition.
Purchasing equipment at an auction allows you to protect yourself from many of the problems that often arise when buying equipment from someone else.
Is it possible to buy a vehicle if it doesn't have a TITLE (registration certificate)?
Yes, this is possible.
Please note that if there is no TITLE document for the vehicle iat the auction, we have the opportunity to pick it up and transport it to the port of shipment. The vehicle will remain at the port until the buyer receives the TITLE from the auction, for which, according to the auction rules, 45 days are provided.
During this entire time, the vehicle will be to be able to pass customs ccontrol and will remain at the port, which iincreases delivery time.
Can I return the vehicle to the auction after purchasing it?
After purchasing the vehicle and completing the auction, unfortunately, it cannot be returned. Returning the vehicle to the auction is only possible in one case: if, after the purchase, the client ordered a post-sale inspection (PSI), and as a result of this inspection, significant defects were identified that allow, in accordance with the auction's rules, to return the vehicle.
How buying a car at auction works (turnkey)
We handle the full cycle: from selecting the lot to delivery and customs clearance in Moldova. You only choose the car and approve the budget — the rest is on us.
Lot selection and assessment
We find the right car at US, European or Asian auctions, check its condition, accident history and lot photos, and estimate the final price including delivery and customs.
Bidding and purchase at auction
We place the bid on your behalf at Copart, IAAI or a European platform and buy the lot within the approved budget.
Delivery to Moldova
The car is shipped to the port and transported to Chisinau. Delivery from the USA usually takes 30–60 days, from Europe — faster.
Customs clearance and registration
We handle turnkey customs clearance and help register the car. Calculate customs duties in advance with our online calculator.
Cars from the USA — Copart and IAAI auctions
The USA is the largest source of cars to order. Through Copart and IAAI auctions you can buy both clean and salvage (damaged) lots at a price up to 30% below the local market — even with delivery and customs clearance included. We select the lot, place the bid, ship and clear the car.
Cars from Europe
We bring cars to order from Germany, Poland and other European countries: well-maintained vehicles with transparent history. Delivery from Europe is faster than from the USA, which makes it a good option when you need the car sooner.
Cars from Asia (Korea, Japan)
We deliver cars to order from Korea and Japan — reliable models in good condition, often with low mileage. We help choose the lot, organize delivery to Moldova and handle customs clearance.
Car customs clearance in Moldova — how much it costs
The final price of a car to order always includes customs clearance. The amount depends on the engine, age and value of the car. Calculate the exact cost in advance with our customs calculator — so the “–30%” savings stay transparent.
Frequently asked questions about importing a car
How long does delivery of a car from the USA to Moldova take?
Delivery of a car from the USA to Moldova usually takes 30–60 days: from buying the lot at the auction, through shipping to the port and ocean transport, to arrival and customs clearance in Chisinau. Delivery from Europe is faster.

How does the auction work — who places the bid and what if the lot is not bought?
We place the bid on your behalf within the budget you approve. If the lot is not won, no purchase is made and you do not lose the car's price — we simply look for the next suitable lot.
What guarantees are there and can I get a refund if the car doesn't suit me?
Terms are fixed in the contract. The auction is responsible for serious discrepancies with the declared condition; we work transparently and agree the budget and lot with you in advance.

Yes. Copart and IAAI auctions offer both clean and salvage lots. We help assess the damage and the repair cost so the purchase stays profitable.
What is included in the turnkey price?
The turnkey price covers buying the lot at the auction, delivery to Moldova, customs clearance and our services. You get a final figure in advance, with no hidden fees.
Can I order a specific model that is not in stock?
Yes. Tell us the make, model, year and budget — we will find a suitable lot at US, European or Asian auctions and bring the car to order.
